All gliders are counted. There was just one pilot who was able to complete the task. It seems like the air has changed from yesterday. Club class even experienced rain around the northern turn point. There were also areas with very weak or no thermals and therefore it was almost impossible to make it home. Let´s hope tomorrow will be more succesfull:)

Talking to some pilots the weather conditions were not that great. They had difficulties so they decided to turn back to Nitra. They did not want to outland far away. Many are still out in fields.

The bar is empty and not much is going on. Kitchen staff has prepared delicious dinner. Unfortunatelly, we can see trailers leaving the airport. Many outlandings have been reported. It seems like it´s going to be "a night of long trailers".

What a nice afternoon! Warm weather with 5/8 cumulus clouds with high cloud bases. The atmosphere at the airport is quite calm and everybody is waiting to hear the news from pilots. First outlanding was reported from N6 who outlanded in Martin.

Due to the weak weather conditions above Nitra take offs needed to be delayed. The task for 15m class and 20 m class was changed to an option B.

First launch is confirmed to 11:15 loc and the task A is valid. The temperature is rising up fast, cumulus clouds are starting to appear in the mountains. No need to wait. Let the competition begin!
