Nice spring evening after a windy period, today we used runway 15 for the first time during this competition and wind was very gentle today compared with the last days. Valid day in all classes with just 3 outlandings. Most of the tasks were flown in clear thermals, just in the Danube area some cumulus were reported. Mountains are still too cold for real spring mountain thermal flying, southern areas were better.

At the beginning of the day conditions were better, later the air masses became more stabilised with less and weaker thermals. With the last turning point at Štitáre the final glides were also attractive for public. We hope you had a nice flying today – and – quite a different one from previous days. Also, we have to ask some of the pilots to avoid dangerous flying at the finals with unnecessary turns and high banks.

Let´s wait, what Friday and Saturday brings, but almost surely they will be a contest day again. Have a sweet dream and in the morning have a look where to drive the gliders.
