Another No Flying Day

We have decided not to go for gridding in the morning since the outlook was not in favor of flying. Anyway we call for the briefing at 10:00 as usually. We announced winners of the first and second competition day and the best pilot during the second day in world class (they had no valid day). This has been followed by weather forecast and just after we were sure this is going to be another no flying day. Despite this we have been pleased to introduce our guest from IGC as the speaker after the briefing. Werner "micro" Scholz joined us just for the purpose to present future ideas of IGC how to improve safety at the IGC competitions. We were glad to see very good participation to his presentation followed by open and live discussion. When we finished the airport started to be abandoned because most of the teams decided to have their rest outside. We hoep for weather improvement tomorrow.
