Nonflyable Day!
After looking at the weather forecast and radars in the morning there was little hope for a flying day. The frontal system was approaching from the southwest and the air mass over Slovakia was very wet and unstable. Therefore the grid was not set up and we were waiting for its further development.
The situation was worsening and the organizing team knew that today´s discipline will have to be canceled despite its importance for the world class. Pilots and their crew used the time for sport activities or resting.
Fortunatelly, the prediction for tomorrow looks more optimistic and there is quite good chance we will fly tomorrow. Good night:)
