It has been a long and rush day for all. We, organsers, had the first fee day in a row of four to get all ready for the pilots and crews. On the other hand pilots have been busy by setting their equipment for the race, often with our help. Therefore we had limited time to inform you live. Anyway all should be in place now and from tomorrow the race will start, of course with better new and all inclusive :o)

The briefing at 12:00 have run smoothly and now some pilots are making ready for flying. In the mean time the weather improved slightly, but we had to postpone the first launch to 14:30 in order to get reasonable thermals for flying. Watch the webcams :o)

Official Practise Day
Dear pilots, today is the first official practise day. We have checked the weather and the forecast is promissing despite the currrent situation in Nitra. The cold front passes our area already in the morning and we are expect the sky to clear during early aftertnoon (possibly after 14:00 local time). There is sky clear some 200 km west of Nitra already. Therefore we decided to have the brieing for today flying at 12:00 in the hangar. The grid will be built for RWY 33, watch the grid signs and instructions from our staff. Have fun!!!
